Dutch/Spliff/Blunt - Brands of cigar wrappers used to roll marijuana cigarettes.

420 - April 20 is known as National Smoke Up Day. Also, the number "420" is used in online profiles to indicate that someone uses marijuana.
Some of the short term effects of abusing marijuana are: Memory loss, motor coordination loss, distorted perception, anxiety, euphoria, hilarity, eye irritation, hunger and cotton mouth.
Some of the long term effects of abusing marijuana are: Moderate psychological dependence, lung damage and cancer.
